This is a personalised space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect to your breath, allowing your body and mind to reset in a way that’s often hard to access alone.

We’ll work with your breath, your body, and your current state - whether that’s stress, anxiety, low mood, or simply feeling disconnected.

This isn’t just a session. It’s a space to reset, rebalance, and come back to yourself.

Over 4 sessions, we build consistency, deepen your practice, and support real shifts in how you feel day to day.
